Conference Endorsements

The SciDAC 2006 Conference is endorsed by the American Physical Society (APS).

APS endorsement of a conference does not entail any financial or legal obligation on the part of APS. The purpose of endorsement is to assist conferences relevant to the advancement and diffusion of the knowledge of physics with publicity in both the printed and web version of the APS Meeting Calendar. Considerations for endorsement include appropriateness of the conference content.

The SciDAC 2006 Conference is presented in cooperation with the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM).

As a cooperating society, SIAM agrees to have its name used in promoting the conference and to promote the conference in the section of SIAM News and SIAM website devoted to conferences in which SIAM is a cooperating society. SIAM will bear no financial or legal liability for the conference.
