Instructions for Program ParticipantsSince all Conference content (presentations, posters, panels) is by invitation, there is no advance submission process. All program participants will receive a formal invitation, spelling out the specifics of their participation. Program participants are still expected to register for the meeting (we use the registration database to prepare the badges). All talks (except for the vendor panel) will be recorded for posting in the netcast archive. Slides and jpegs or pdfs of posters will also be posted following the program. Abstracts/BiosAll program participants are requested to provide a brief biographical sketch and a short abstract of their talk or poster. These may be provided in plain text, but accompanying images are encouraged. Proceedings PapersFormal papers are expected from each Featured and Invited speaker, and from each Poster Team (with the poster presenter being the corresponding author!); these will be published in a formal (hardcover) proceedings to be issued after the meeting. The finished papers are expected to be ready by June 25 (for speakers/presenters to bring with them to the conference). Information from the vendor panel on architectures will NOT be included in the proceedings, nor will that panel be recorded for the netcast archive. Please carefully follow the [instructions] for format, length, etc. of papers for the proceedings, and bring all the requested materials with you to the conference. |
