A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Copley Place in Boston (www.westin.com/copleyplace). All conference sessions will be held in this hotel. Hotel guestrooms offer complimentary high-speed internet, dual-line phones and spacious work stations.

The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping (the Prudential Center Mall and Copley Place Shopping Gallery connect to the Westin).

We had 200 rooms for the core days (less rooms on shoulder days) at govt. rate plus 25% (which currently comes to $210.00/night). Tax is currently 12.45%. The hotel has only valet parking ($39/day). Now that the block is closed, the hotel is offering rooms at $329/night and up.
