REVIEW PROCESS:
Reviewers should iterate directly with the authors to reach a mutually agreed upon "final copy". The REVIEWER should
then send this final copy to Daniel Pack (with an email subject containing "FINAL" and the first author's name.
LATE PAPERS:
Late papers may be submitted to Daniel Pack (packdl@ornl.gov) with copy to conference@scidac.gov.
Please note we will go to press with whatever FINAL copies we have by July 16. Please allow time for your reviewer!

Signed copyright notices may be FAXED, attention to Daniel Pack, to 865-574-6076.
