Conference Registration
Registration is NOW open. Only THREE seats left! (as of 11:40 am on 6/21/07). If you are thinking of attending, register ASAP to avoid wait-listing. If you are cancelling, please email Betsy (bar@ornl.gov) and please check with us before cancelling your hotel room (in case someone else needs it).
SciDAC project participants (researchers and managers) as well as participants from other high-end science and engineering simulation programs are welcome to register. Conference badges will be required for admission to all events. Continental breakfast and working lunches will be provided for registered attendees. Please note that we plan to videotape the meeting for delayed netcast and archival posting (so by attending, you may appear in the tape and netcast archive).
Registration will be limited to 300 attendees. There will be NO onsite registration of additional attendees who did not receive a specific invitation to register late. Although there is no cost to attendees for conference registration, there IS a cost to the conference if those registered do not attend. Therefore, if you were a no-show last year, you may be wait-listed this year.
NOTE: speakers and poster presenters are by invitation only. ALL SciDAC speakers and poster presenters are expected to produce a formal paper for the proceedings. Vendor participation is also by invitation. Vendors and Media who would like an invitation should contact us at conference@scidac.org.
