David Smithe Tech-X

Dr. David Smithe is a Research Scientist at the Tech-X Corporation in Boulder, CO. He specializes in theoretical and computational RF physics and has been at the forefront of several fundamental advances in the area of wave-particle interactions. The most prominent contribution is the first formulation of a general wave equation system for ICRF waves in the ion finite Larmor radius limit, which was presented as an Invited talk at the 2006 APS Plasma Physics Meeting.
